The 31st Annual Heartland Bull Sale, hosted at the Roma Saleyards on September 6, witnessed a dedicated crowd of 40 attendees.
Out of 71 bulls offered, 46 were sold, resulting in a 66% clearance rate. The sale achieved a total gross of $357,000.00, with an average price of $7,596.00 per bull.
Lot 60, Jazmaree Sir Gary (PS), topped the auction, fetching $14,000.00 and was purchased by Woodmillar Santa Gertrudis Stud, Gayndah.
The second-highest price at auction was secured by Lot 40, Wavehill S112 (PS), sold for $13,000.00 and purchased by Campo Santo Grazing Company, Wandoan.
Lot 48, Spring Creek Theodore T606 (P), was initially passed in at $14,000.00 but later sold post-auction for $20,000.00 to Riverina Wool, Moama, NSW.
