The Dawson Valley Santa Gertrudis Sale was held at the Taroom Showgrounds on September 5th.
A total of 52 high-quality Santa Gertrudis bulls were offered for sale. Out of the 52 bulls presented, 49 found new homes, achieving an excellent clearance rate of 94.2%. The sale generated a total gross of $457,000.00, with a commendable average price of $9,326.00 per bull.
The top price bull, Lot 14, Annabranch Turn N Burn T80, captured significant attention and was secured by Juandah Grazing Co for $18,000.00. Following closely, Lot 10, Jamally Trigger T79 (P), was purchased by G&M Trust Moura for $16,000.00.
