The Moongana Santa Gertrudis Sale was held at Rolleston Saleyards on 31st August 2022.

70 people attended and competed strongly for the 37 bulls that sold.

38 bulls were offered with 37 selling for a 97.3% clearance.

The sale grossed $846,000 to average $22,865.

Top price achieved was for two lots; 6 and 13 both sold for $65,000. Lot 6, Moongana Paddington 3678 (P) was purchased by KH & JC Knudsen Chinchilla. Lot 13, Moongana Pilgrim 3658 (P) was purchased by ETG Holdings and Forest Park Santa Gertrudis Stud Blackall.

The second top price was for Lot 3, Moongana Phoenix 3642 (AI) (P) who was purchased by Ian Gitsham Eidsvold and made $50,000.
