The 48th Annual Big S Santa Gertrudis Group Bull & Female Sale was held on 1st September 2022.
Over 80 people attended the sale at the Allora Showgrounds.
36 bulls and 7 females were offered for sale. 29 bulls sold for 80.5% clearance, grossing $229,000 to average $7,900.
Top price bull was Lot 2, Rose Oak Sharp Shooter 190 ( P), who was purchased by A & K Walker Family Trust Bell for $14,000.
The second top price was Lot 19, DS Bradley & AJ Mackay’s Rumble 003 (PS), to Arrabury for $13,000.
7 females sold for a 100% clearance to gross $46,000 to average $6,570.
